Where can I hire bouncy castles?
JDP Leisure provides bouncy castle hire in Evesham, Pershore, Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and everywhere in between!
How can I book?
Under each product listing there is a Big Green Button to access our super simple online booking system which is available 24 hours a day for customers.
How long can I hire the inflatable?
You can have your chosen inflatable for up to 8 hours. If you would like it longer than this, our online booking system allows you to add an overnight option or additional days which are offered at a reduced price which is pre-set and visible on the product listing.
Can I hire more than one item?
Yes you can! Simply begin the booking process for the first item. Customers are given a choice of other products they might like. You can select as many as you like. We offer a 10% discount to customers who book 3 or more items in one order.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is preferred to secure your favourite inflatable. We have multiples of some products but we operate on a first come, first serve basis so booking in advance of your event is advised to avoid any disappointment.
Do you take last-minute bookings?
Sometimes! Last-minute bookings will not be available online, we may still have items available at short notice. You can contact us via text, call and whatsapp for last minute bookings.
What time do you offer deliveries?
We aim to deliver our products according to your schedule. Our delivery team will be in touch by phone the day before your event to confirm your delivery time.
Do you set up the inflatable?
Yes. Our staff make sure your bouncy castle or inflatable is set up and secured safely before leaving your event. This takes 10-15 minutes.
Can I move or relocate the bouncy castle?
No, please leave it to us. The positioning of the inflatable needs to be installed and safety checked at each hire by our staff for safety purposes.
Do you have insurance?
We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance policy which we share with customers at the point of booking, through the booking confirmation email.
Are your bouncy castles tested?
Of course! The team complete safety checks of the equipment before each hire. Our bouncy castles and all inflatables are tested annually by reputable inspectors. Our blowers and all electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.
Do I need an electricity supply?
Yes. We have extension leads, but we will need access to electricity. If you believe that this will be an issue, please hire a generator - this will enable us to run the bouncy castles when there is no access to mains power.
What surfaces can bouncy castles go on?
Bouncy castles and other inflatables can go indoors and outdoors on grass and hard surfaces. The surface must not be sloped, and stakes will be required to anchor the bouncy castle to the floor, which will put holes in lawns and astroturf. Please let us know the location for the item, as outdoors on hard surfaces can be challenging and may be impossible.
Do I need to do anything to prepare the surface for the bouncy castle or inflatable?
We need clear and obstruction free access to the bouncy castle or inflatable site. Ideally, at least 3ft width to operate our sack trucks. Please ensure the area is clean and free of sharp objects and protrusions that may damage the inflatable. Any animal waste also needs to be cleared.
Should I take precautions using a bouncy castle?
Sensible clothing is advisable to prevent friction burns. People who are unwell or have or have had back and neck injuries are advised against using the bouncy castles. See our Terms &Conditions for more safety information.
Can I use bouncy castles and inflatables in adverse weather conditions?
The main weather related hazard for bouncy castle and inflatable safety is high wind. If strong winds of 24mph or more are forecast on the day of your event, we will be forced to cancel or rearrange all outdoor bookings. Please see our Adverse Weather policy for more information.
Do your bouncy castles have rain covers?
Yes, many of our inflatables have shower proof canopies. Please review the product listing image. Bouncy castles and inflatables can cope during a light rain shower however, in heavy rain, they can become slippery and sometimes dangerous
Are bouncy castles safe to use in hot weather?
Yes, but please keep your friends and family well hydrated with water and lolly pops! It is sensible to turn off the blower every few hours to allow it cool down for 5-10 minutes in very high temperatures or heat waves.
Will you deliver to halls and venues?
Absolutely! Many of our bouncy castles and inflatables are suitable for indoor events and parties. Check the individual product listing for size and suitability. We ask that you confirm the ceiling height of the hall before booking an inflatable. The product dimensions are available on each product listing.

What should I do if I need to cancel?
Please get in touch as soon as you can via email. It is helpful if you include your 4 digit booking reference number so we can assist you.
