Have used JDP a couple of times to book bouncy castles for our daughter's birthday at different venues, they are always very friendly and both deliver and collect on time. They will work with you on where you want the bouncy castle placed and check you are happy before leaving site.

JDP Leisure had an amazing array of things to choose from and the selection we chose for our daughter’s joint 5th birthday party was amazing! The children all loved the bouncy castle - especially as it had a slide which encouraged a natural flow on and off, and the diddi cars, ball pit, soft play items and giant connect four all meant that everyone was well entertained throughout. We were very impressed that JDP liaised with the venue to arrange delivery early and collection was prompt and easy. We will definitely hire them again and can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish, simple to book online and then before the day of hire you get updates, on the day itself we had messages to tell us that the driver was on the way and when they were due with us. Setup was very quick and efficient, as was tidying away. Couldn’t have asked for more, I would highly recommend JDP to anyone

JDP delivered a fire engine bouncy castle for our open day. Not only were they extremely professional, efficient and punctual, they were a delight to deal with.

The fire engine bouncy castle had children queueing out the door and around the corner for the entire duration of our open day.

We recently hired the Princess bouncy castle with slide. What a winner it was for our little girls party. Everyone loved it.
JDP Leisure were amazing, we had a venue change a few weeks beforehand and were able to support and change too. They are so friendly to chat/communicate with making organising a party really easy. I found them very professional too on the day with updates about delivery etc.

Outstanding service from JDP Leisure! I booked a bouncy castle for the grandkids on Sunday 18th and JDP were top drawer, from the confirmation phone call through to delivery and collection. The castle was a hit with kids (and a few adults too!) and it made our day.
I can honestly say that every single person I met and spoke to was a credit to JDP, especially the lovely lady who helped me with my booking, and the two fellas who came to install and collect, on time too!
I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We were so impressed with JDP Leisure and would definitely recommend them! As a cricket club we hired a bouncy slide for a family fun day and Amy kept us so well informed throughout and answered all of my random questions! On the day we received tracking updates and then upon collection (a Sunday evening) two lovely guys came and packed away whilst chatting to everyone and didn’t mind all the children asking what they were up to etc. even though I’m sure they just wanted to get home! A wonderful company to use from start to finish, thank you so much! We will definitely be using you again next year!

I booked a bouncy castle for weekend Easter event, I had a few questions so I messaged JDP on Facebook. They replied quickly and were very helpful.
The whole team are brilliant.
They take great pride in everything they do. They are always on time, well presented, polite, friendly & always take care while setting up and packing away.
The online updates are super helpful so we could inform the kids before hand that the castle was being put away.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!

I think the most important thing when booking a bouncy castle is communication and JDP were brilliant from day 1. Lots of communications even over the Christmas period so thank you. Service excactly as described. Will use again when the time comes.

We hired a bouncy castle with slide, soft play and jumbo blocks for a 4th Birthday Party. We booked over the phone which was such a simple process. Communication in the run up to the party was great and delivery/collection on the day was seamless. The children LOVED it! Would highly recommend these guys... Making party planning easy!

Absolutely brilliant service, arrived and already set up, and taken down fast too. Love that they send you updates in the morning when they are on the way to you so your not left worrying if they will turn up or not. Same at the end of the party. Very friend staff too, highly recommend

Absolutley brilliant service, from ordering through to pickup the team a JDP Leisure made the process smooth as possible. I made an error with my booking and it was absolutley no problem to sort out. The lads who did the setup were really helpful and super friendly and the bouncy castle looked brand new and squeeky clean. I will definitley use this company again without a doubt. Absolute 5* company from start to finish.
Communication was superb, queries always answered the same day and nothing was too much trouble. The actual set up was perfect for my 5 year old sons birthday party, we had the dinosaur bouncy castle and soft play. All the children really enjoyed themselves.
The lads that dropped the equipment off and collected it were very professional, friendly and on time.

We hired a bouncy castle, didi cars, pool table and a disco speaker. I think the adults enjoyed the didi cars more than the kids 🤣😂 they was great fun. My sons birthday party wouldn't have been much without the set up from you guys so thank you very much

JDP Leisure have been superb. We ordered a bouncy castle for our children and had to delay it a couple of times due to illness and weather. Dave and his team were really accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day the set up was so quick. They arrived early, set the castle up as we needed, gave it a clean and were efficient polite and friendly. The children loved the Princess Castle. At the end of the day they arrived promptly, and efficiently took everything away. No mess, no fuss, just happy children. JDP was really easy company to book the bouncy castle with. On the day the team arrive on time and set it up super quick, and the take down was the same, working around the time restrictions we had at the hall. Highly recommend and will use them again!
